Don't Talk about Healthy Life! It is sooo Hard!

In today’s life, some common aspects like economic, politic, and social-culture are forcefully changed. On the other hand, are those changes able to influence human life? The answer is yes. Those changes latter on make human habits and human lifestyles look so complicated. Moreover, those changes are also impacting human activities. Human activities will totally re-arrange since people need to do more and more efforts to follow the era. They keep trying harder and forget to take a rest also dismiss their stress. This reality actually makes people do not realize that their life, time by time is not healthy anymore. Mainly, there are three simple ways that people can do to achieve a healthy life nowadays, which are: sleep well, exercise, and having a good diet.




First, to have a healthy life, people need to do a well sleep as the first way. The benefit of doing a well sleep is it can rest people’s brain perfectly so the stress hormone will slowly disappear. However, this way will success if people can wake up early everyday but never sleep at midnight. Research proves that wake up early in the morning can maximize brain functions and increase body metabolism. However, if people wake up too early like 4 A.M or 5 A.M they will feel sleepy in the day (Ana, 2015). So it would be nice if people sleep not too late and not wake up too early. Another tips that also can support a well sleep is a habit to sleep at least 8 hours per day. Most people always sleep less than 8 hours per day because playing a game, watching a movie, or finalizing their assignments. However, that is not good for our healthy. Some researchers have proved already that sleep equal or more than 8 hours per day can maintain a healthier heart organ and improve people’s IQ (Ana, 2015). But do not misunderstand the statement and sleep more than 10 hours per day, because that habit can slow down our blood circulation and decrease productivity.
Besides have a well sleep, another way to get a healthy life is doing a routine exercise. Doing routine exercises can give so many advantages for human body. There are two steps to get a perfect routine exercise at home which are doing morning exercise after wake up and doing body workout in the evening for certain time limit. For morning exercise, it can be done by jogging, slow push-up, or even sprint in the yard. To be remembered, do not push the body to do hard exercise because it may impact the stamina and people’s performance. The purpose of morning exercise is only to take a breath in the fresh air and relax the body before facing the real activity. In addition, people are also suggested to do body workout in the evening. Body workout can be said as a very perfect activity to form muscles and achieve a healthy life. Luckily, people today do not need to go to the gym center since there are some YouTube channels that provide a good short video of body workout that can be done at home. To be noticed, if people do too much workout and forget to determine how long they will do it, it would only make people tired and sleepy in the early night. So it is better doing body workout for only 5 until 10 minutes per day with some YouTube videos tutorial.
Finally, the last step to achieve a healthy life is a good diet. A good diet is like considering what to eat, when to eat, and why to eat. People cannot eat everything at every time with no reason why should eat the foods. But not so that hard, people only need to eat two times per day or five until six times per day and stop eating Junk food while trying to achieve a healthy life (Wardhani, 2012). Eat for two times per day can give stomach more time to precede the nutrient, save the enzyme, and renew the mucous membrane. On the other hand, eat for five until six times per day can repair the metabolism, decrease the fat range, and improve the muscle mass. In addition, not only eat for two or five until six times per day, stop to eat Junk Food also able to help people in achieving a healthy life (Azuri, 2013). Simply, Junk Food is foods that consist a lot of cholesterol that make the consumer overweight. Moreover, Junk Food also contains lots of additional sugar that can make people feel hungry every time. Not only because Junk Food has high calories, but also because people always want to consume it. Both of those reasons will support people to overweight that symbolized they fail to achieve a healthy life.
On the whole, when people want to make their life healthier they are suggested to do these three simple ways, which are: sleep well, exercise, and having a good diet. Achieving a healthy life is not as easy as folding a paper. It needs courage and motivation. In fact, people who live in thirty years ago are considered have better healthy than people who live today (Ukik, 2015). It proves that people today only have a dream to health but never do anything to achieve that. However, everybody should realize that healthy life is very important to achieve, so people should wonder the best way for them.
