Business Meeting Invitation Message

Dear Head of Marketing Manager of Apple Company,

I am Head of Sales Managers at JVR Music Studio Company would like to inform you that we are planning to order some of Apple’s latest cell phone product, Opus 12, for our outside sales representative. As we know, in the second week of March 2018, we had have done a brief meeting about the introduction of Opus 12 by the Apple Company’s Head of System Engineer. At that meeting, we noted some of the extraordinary advantages of Opus 12 Cellphone like the Four-Days Battery system and the deployment of 4G+ Lite networks across the continent of America, Europe, and Asia. We consider those two strong features of Opus 12 will be the key success to improve the performance of our outside sales representative in terms of effectiveness of internal and external communications.

In addition, JVR Music Studio Company plans to appoint Apple Company as the premier cell phone supplier for our managers and employees. In the first phase, we want to order 13 cellphones of Opus 12 that are dedicated only to our outside sales representative. They need Opus 12 because they have to stay connected with global customers for 24 hours and they also need to have a really strong connection in order to keep them online everywhere. Since we consider this as a long-term plan and will determine future cooperation, the company wants to make sure about some of the capabilities of Opus 12. The capabilities that we would like to emphasize which are,

• Is there an upgrade of the Voice Dial-ling?
• Is the GPS provides forecast informer and phone tracker?
• What Browsers is used? Is that support plug-in JavaScript?
• Anything about hearing aid compatibility feature details, and
• Built-in Online Services Support such as YouTube and Storage to name a few.
