Through this letter, I would like to express my
greatest appreciation for the hard work and allegiance of sales team in order
to increase the company's sales so far. I am really amazed because the sales
target since two years ago has always increased more than 19%. As a member of
the team, I feel that we have worked together as a team and are able to prevent
various obstacles that may be faced by the company.
However, Head of Marketing Manager this
afternoon told me that the company's sales since the last two quarters have
dropped by more than ten percent. The most dire decline occurred in July at
27.9999% and there is a possibility this the negative trend will continue until
the third quarter of this year. If this trend exists, then the company’s sales
target for this year might not be achieved. It should be noted that we are a
team that has a very big impact on the continuity of the company. The level of
sales as a company's earnings is largely determined by our performance and
strategy. Therefore, Head of Marketing Manager very concerns about this
situation and wish the company could reach the target that has been determined
at the beginning of the year.
Company assess some of our members are
under-performing. However, I think that is not purely a sales team’s mistakes.
I want to keep this sales team and continue to work, until the end of the year
and even many years later. But as the consequence, the company wants to lower
the hours and base pay for 20% of the sales team. I am sure this policy will
not last long since I pretty believe that we could increase the company's sales
only in the next few weeks. Nonetheless, to increase the sales, firstly we have
to improve our performance and focus to settle the sales targets.
Keep in mind that the sales team is the key team
of this company. Head of Marketing Manager also greatly appreciate the effort
and dedication that we give to each of the company’s sales target. However, the
penalty action was forcibly taken so that companies can stay afloat. This is a
warning to keep us in control.
Our responsibility now is to remake the sales
strategy, control every increase and decrease in the sales, and increase
cooperation between divisions to achieve the company's sales targets. You all
know, the target is still achievable and I believe we can do it as a team. This
is just a challenge that we need to solve and prove to the managers. We have
achieved and pass the sales target last years and I know we can do it again
this year. Thank you.
